Athletic Based Training

Athletes are the most functional and highest performing people in society, so our philosophy adapts the concept of training like an athlete. No matter if you're 7 or 77 we are going to train you like an athlete under modified and safe conditions that meet you at your current fitness level. 

Do You Have Injuries?

We need to know!  Please communicate with your Head Performance Coach so that we can provide you with the proper modifications so that you will be pain free, and still get an awesome workout!

You should be able to identify your MAIN goal and desire above.  We want you to train on the board that has your main goal on it.  If you have any questions our coaches would be more than happy to advise you!

As a new member you will get initial results recorded in your new member onboard meeting.  In this meeting you will get your swag bag and scan card.  You will also perform your baseline tests, take pictures, take measurements, take weight, and go over any nutritional questions you may have.

As a facility, every 90 days we set aside one week in which we call "RESULTS WEEK."  Every 90 days you will have the above recorded so that we can track your progress.

The week after "RESULTS WEEK" we hold goal setting seminars.  Here is when you will have the opportunity to carve out time to plan your next 90 days and set some big intentions for the next 90 days.  This is not mandatory, but highly recommended and encouraged.  

 

THIS IS A HUGE PART OF OUR CULTURE.  THIS CUTTING EDGE TECHNOLOGY ALLOWS US TO SEE YOUR HEART RATE REAL TIME ALONG WITH YOUR CURRENT CALORIES.  THE GOAL IS TO TURN YOUR BLOCK GREEN ON THE SCREEN, WHICH MEANS YOU ARE WORKING AT THE INTENSITY THAT WE WANT YOU TO WORK AT.  PLEASE WATCH THE SHORT VIDEO FOR A FULL EXPLANATION.
