WHAT IS ISI® ELITE TRAINING?

ISI® is a community of people working together to acheive their individual goals. We offer 50 minute coach-based led sessions to optimize your fitness level and give you proven results that you deserve. Our comprehensive training programs build self-confidence, increase muscular strength, endurance, enhance explosive power, improve flexibility, speed, and agility. Our sessions will energize and motivate you to take your fitness to the Next Level! : 

HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?

On our Official ISI® Elite Training App is where you’ll be able to book your workouts, cancel reservations, track your attendance, and rate and review your workouts! Available on Google Play and the App Store! 

WHAT IF I AM A BEGINNER?

Of Course! ISI® is driven for ALL fitness levels. Our coaches are designed to cater to where the members needs are and modifications will be provided for any movement necessary. We all start somewhere, the hardest part is walking through the doors. See you there!

WHAT IS ABT?

Athletic Based Training is our brand of group training. In 50 minutes, We take some aspects of HIIT, crossfit, bodybuilding, powerlifting, endurance training, tabata, and others to create what we call ABT! 

WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY?

Don’t worry! Our coaches got you. They are trained to provide modifications, or substitute certain movements for each exercise given in the workout. Also, with our program of different muscle groups for each day of the week, you have the option to customize your week how you like to allow your injuries to heal.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GO?

We suggest a minimum of 4 days per week for optimum results. However, if you are an advanced athlete you can do as many as you want. You know your body best!

WHAT DOES ACCOUNTABILITY MEAN AT ISI®?

We want you to succeed! No matter if your goal of losing weight, gaining muscle, or just feeling better! We want you to succeed! Each week, we check workout attendance and contact those with low attendance rates and work with you to create the best path to achieve YOUR GOALS!

DOES ISI® TRACK PROGRESS & RESULTS?

YES! Each ISI Elite Training facility comes equipped with an Inbody Body Composition Analyzer. It gives a complete breakdown of your weight, body fat, lean mass, water weight, and more! The Inbody allows us to see where you are starting and see how your progress is moving and what needs work!

CAN I TAKE A BREAK DURING A SESSION?

YES! If you need a break, whether 10 minutes into the workout or 10 seconds into the workout, we want you to take the time you need to catch your breath or sip some water before you’re ready to return to the workout. 

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

YES!! Some ISI® Elite Training locations have a Child Watch center, while others have a designated child area! 

ARE ISI® COACHES CERTIFIED?

Yes. All ISI® Elite Training Performance Coaches must be certified personal trainers before they can be considered for a position with ISI.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Bring your favorite sneakers, a water bottle and a sweat towel! We got the rest covered!

CAN I VISIT ANY ISI® LOCATION W/ MY MEMBERSHIP?

Absolutely! Your membership allows you to visit any facility throughout #IronNation.
